JD Sports snaps up Blacks in pre-pack deal

LONDON (Reuters) - Retailer JD Sports Fashion said on Monday it had purchased the trade, assets and brands of Blacks Leisure from the outdoor store group's administrator, KPMG, for 20 million pounds.
