Businessman wins appeal and acquitted of causing hurt to Dr Mahathir

KOTA BARU: The High Court here on Sunday overturned the six-month jail sentence imposed by a lower court on businessman Datuk Nik Sapeia Nik Yusoff for voluntarily causing hurt by spraying a dangerous substance at former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad in 2006.
