Neighbours 'horrified' by family's plan to bury dead next-door neighbour in the garden

Widow Margaret Herbert, 74, died last week after living in the semi-detached bungalow close to Folkstone, Kent, for a number of years and 'cherishing' her 'beloved' back garden.
