Germany's Greens want to raise taxes on rich

KIEL, Germany (Reuters) - Germany's opposition Greens party, with solid chances of returning to power after the next federal election in 2013, decided at a weekend party congress to push for higher taxes on the rich and eliminate some corporate tax breaks.
