U.S. court finds against Rambus, shares plunge

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A U.S. appeals court found memory chip designer Rambus Inc was wrong to shred hundreds of boxes of documents relevant in two patent infringement lawsuits it filed, sending its shares down sharply.
