Tate & Lyle to reopen plant as growth picks up

LONDON (Reuters) - Tate & Lyle is set to re-open a mothballed Splenda plant as demand for healthy sweeteners picks up after it beat forecasts with a 34 percent rise in annual profits and saw another year of earnings growth.
