India's CBI files case against Ananda Krishnan, Maxis over telco deal

CHENNAI: India's Central Bureau of Investigations (CBI) has filed a case against Malaysian tycoon and Maxis owner T. Ananda Krishnan, Maxis senior executive Ralph Marshall, former Telecom Minister Dayanidhi Maran and three companies in connection with the controversial Aircel-Maxis deal, according to Indian news reports.
