Lobby group urges business carbon price rebate

LONDON (Reuters) - Britain's largest business lobby, the CBI, called on the government on Friday to exempt energy-intensive companies from paying a set carbon price from April 2013, saying it would drive businesses out of the country and hurt the economy.
