Desiree Phillips paracetamoll overdose: Mother, 20, dies after taking 'a few extra pills'

Desiree Phillips, pictured, from Llanelli, was prescribed the drug by doctors to cope with the pain but it was suspected she took 'a few extra tablets' leading to liver failure.
